112 Comments‘Wildcard’ is just that—a spin of the wheel and a roll of the dice, because you just don’t know what you’re gonna get dealt when you cue up the next track. But there’s too much good stuff here to cast it off as just another mainstream country pop record. You have to be willing to dig a little. But it’s ultimately worth the patience and effort.

Sturgill Simpson / Tyler Childers Tour to Use Verified Tickets, Benefit Charity

And though tickets don’t officially go on sale until Nov. 8th, the AEG-promoted tour is using the Ticketmaster Verified Fan program. Proceeds will also benefit the Special Forces Foundation.

Taylor Swift, who was acting as a coach on the episode, even remarked “I love Jason Isbell,” when Jake Hoot said he was covering “Cover Me Up.” It’s more evidence the song has become a standard.
