Alan Jackson (Finally) Reschedules Tour Dates to 2021

Alan Jackson has been one of the few holdouts when it comes to country music arena acts holding onto hope they would be able to play some of the concerts scheduled for 2020, including multiple dates that were rescheduled from the spring when the COVID-19 pandemic first hit. But he’s finally thrown in the towel, moving most of his dates to 2021.

Jackson was scheduled to play the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville on August 7th, and continued to include the date on his calendar well beyond when it seemed inevitable it would need to be rescheduled. Jackson also had dates scheduled for August 28th in Detroit, Michigan, and August 29th in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Not cancelling or rescheduling the dates left ticketholders with much uncertainty, including ones who were planning long distance travel for the concerts.

Finally late last week the Jackson team moved the August 2020 dates to September of 2021. Two other dates he had for this September in Des Moines and Milwaukee have also been moved until next September. Dates for October 2020 in Denver and Salt Lake City have been moved to August of 2021. And the show at the Brigestone Arena in Nashville has been moved to May 21st, 2021.

However Alan Jackson is still holding out hope that he will get to play the Gila River Arena in Glendale, AZ on October 26th, 2020. The concert still remains on his calendar for the moment, but don’t be surprised if this date gets rescheduled soon as well. See the full rescheduled dates below.
