Blackberry Smoke Announce New Dates for “Find A Light” Tour

I don’t give a damn who you voted for, if Blackberry Smoke is rolling through your town, pony up for a baby sitter, save up a sick day from work, and get your ass to the venue. The Southern rocks gods have just released the dates for the second leg of their “Find a Light” tour, named for their latest record released in April that went #1 in pure album sales in country once again.

After finishing up their current leg that includes a trip to the United Kingdom, a shot up to the Northeast, and a show in their native Atlanta, Blackberry Smoke will be heading out January 24th starting in Oxford, Mississippi, then swing through Texas, and spend a healthy dose out on the West Coast before heading back east and finishing the leg at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville. Along for the ride will be Chris Shiflett for certain dates, the Quaker City Night Hawks for others, as well as Nikki Lane.

Along with the new studio album Find A Light, Blackberry Smoke also just recently released a companion EP called The Southern Ground Sessions, featuring acoustic versions of some of the songs from Find A Light, as well as collaborations with Amanda Shires and Oliver Wood of The Wood Brothers.
