Cody Jinks to Open Select Lynyrd Skynyrd Farewell Tour Dates

Cody Jinks continues to be rewarded with bigger opportunities. The legendary Southern rock band Lynyrd Skynyrd (or what’s left of it) has just tapped the Ft. Worth native to open select shows in a new round of dates just announced as part of their farewell tour. Along with Bad Company and Hank Williams Jr., Cody Jinks will offer support on the latest leg of the Lynyrd Skynyrd Street Survivors Farewell Tour, with two dates in Mississippi, and dates in Georgia and Alabama. These will be some of the biggest crowds Cody Jinks has played for in his career. “Honored and very much looking forward to it,” Jinks said about the opportunity.

Along with the Lynyrd Skynyrd dates, Cody Jinks has also been trickling out his own headliner tour dates for 2019. He will be in Florida for much of February, and has announced multiple other dates taking him into the summer. All of the new dates for the Lynyrd Skynyrd farewell tour, as well as the full tour dates for Cody Jinks can be found below.

Cody Jinks is one of multiple independently-minded country artists re-writing the script on what is possible for a performer without mainstream radio support. His Rounder Records debut Lifers released in 2018 went #2 on the Billboard Country Albums chart, and Cody regularly sells out venues across the country.
