The Saving Country Music Top 25 Playlist is built to keep you informed on all the best songs and albums coming out right here, right now in country and roots music. It’s available on most all streaming formats (see below), or you can just use the song, artist, and album recommendations to find something new to listen to. New songs have just been added.

Newest Additions:

The Tender Things – “Sister Elizabeth” – Long-time Heartless Bastards bass player Jesse Ebaugh has been working to get this Austin-based band up-and-running for a while, and the chemistry has all come together on their new album How You Make a Fool. Cosmic country at its finest.

Cody Jinks – “Fast Lane” – This unreleased cut from the Adobe Sessions that also appeared on the currently-unpublished Jinks album Cast No Stones is perfect to tide you over until his next project. This is no ‘B’ side.

Hellbound Glory – “Damned Angel” – Anti-star Leroy Virgil of Hellbound Glory is back, promising his new album Pure Scumis the most classic country album Hellbound Glory has ever made. It’s also the scummiest.” This lead track finds a little bit of a surf vibe.

Jenee Fleenor – “Good Ol’ Girls” – The famous fiddler continues to make noise after taking home the trophy for Musician of the Year at the CMA awards last November, releasing this feisty new single.

Tyller Gummersall – “Working Man” – A hidden treasure of Texas music, Tyller’s tribute to the working man couldn’t come at a better time with so many people getting pink slipped due to the Coronavirus.

Brent Cobb – “The World Is Ending” – This just-released Brent Cobb standalone single is almost too eerie for our times, but nonetheless hits home with its strong writing and deep vibe.
