Tyler Childers to Air Remastered Red Rocks Concert

Well if you were like most of us and couldn’t be there in person when Tyler Childers slayed at the iconic Red Rocks amphitheater in Colorado on September 30th, 2019, or perhaps you missed the live stream of the entire thing that nugs.net presented in real time, perhaps this 3rd opportunity will be your charm.

Just announced, Tyler’s Red Rocks show in its entirety will be airing once again on Monday, June 21st at 8 p.m. Central, and with remastered sound this time. It will be available through Tyler’s YouTube page (or embedded below), and for free. No indication it will be archived afterwards, so this may be your only other opportunity to see it.

A professional media crew was on hand to capture the entire set with multiple camera angles and crisp audio, even before the remastering. If you’re a Tyler Childers fan it’s definitely worth stopping down for. Also performing on the night were Town Mountain and Robert Earl Keen, who joined together to sell the evening out.

It’s been curiously quiet on the Tyler Childers front for many months now, and as other artists are announcing tours and such, Tyler is still on the sidelines at the moment. However, he is scheduled to appear at the Under The Big Sky fest in Montana July 17th and 18th, as well as the Hinterland Musical Festival on August 7th in Iowa. Childers was also just added to The Avett Brothers destination festival in Mexico January 27th-31st of 2022.
